构造 year_month 对象。

1) 默认构造函数保留年与月未初始化。

2) 构造存储 year y 和 month m 的 year_month 对象。

注意

构造 year_month 的更方便的方式是用 operator/ ，例如 2007y/std::chrono::April 。
