std::is_null_pointer 是一元类型特性 (UnaryTypeTrait) 。

检查 T 是否是 std::nullptr_t 类型。

如果 T 是 std::nullptr_t、const std::nullptr_t、volatile std::nullptr_t 或 const volatile std::nullptr_t，那么成员常量 value 等于 true。对于其它类型，value 等于 false。

添加 std::is_null_pointer 或 std::is_null_pointer_v (C++17 起) 的特化的程序行为未定义。

对于 std::nullptr_t，std::is_pointer 为 false ，因为它不是内建指针类型。
